merging mpg-1 clips to create a DVD

I currently have several mpg-1 (VCD) clips on my computer and would like to know the best software for compiling these onto DVD (mp2). I no longer wish to make VCDs. Any ideas, guys?

You will have to remove the mpg files from the VCD. I use Isobuster but I believe that VCDGear can also achieve this. Here is a guide: http://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/141726.php#vcd
