A Sega Emulator Disc for PS2?

Hey,

Anyone know of a program that will create a disc that will boot up a Sega Mega Drive II (AKA Genesis) emulator and allow me to play rom's on the PS2?

Or a disc like it?

I've downloaded a NES rom disc before, couldn't find any Sega ones though.

Does this exist?

There is Sega Mega Collection which is an official ps2 game with all sonic collections but for genesis you'll have to burn it yourself usually comes as an ELF file or a cue and bin (which can be burned by nero)
