PS2 Not Loading Swap Magic

My PS2 is not loading Swap Magic 3.0 DVD or CD and It also wont load PSX games or any CD based games.

My PS2 starts loading the Swap Magic 3.0 Then get to the Playstation 2 logo and then back to boswer screen.

And the PSX games just show disc read errors

try cleaning your laser with a laser cleaning disk or if you have a flip top a cotton bud and some alcohol whilst the laser is cold
