I downloaded the King Kong iso, burnt it to Fujifilm dvd-r, and put it in my playstation. i use swap magic 3.6 and when i put King Kong in, the screen jumps up and down crazy fast. anyone know why?? my burner is Phillips DVD+-R DVD8701
i also downloaded Heroes of the Pacific and when I load it the screen jumps the same way, but i can make out that it lets me choose PAL or NTSC. when i chose ntsc it stops jumping, looks normal, but loads extremely slow. am i using the wrong software, dvd media....? i dont know. I'm completely new to this

You probably downloaded a PAL version of the game. You need to patch it so it will display correctly on your screen. Try searching for "ps2 pal2ntsc".
