Ok i got swap magic and i took off the cover of my ps2 to insert the slide card. Once the cover cam off i notice that theres no where to put the slide card. Please help me thanks.

See he is pulling the tray out it is hard to tell you exactly where but it is kind of underneath the tray. I got these images of a google search but the site looks spanish.

ok I did that but once it goes to the screen where you have to choose soemthing( dont know what its called). I choose pal ( i have a pal game) and the second time the screen pops up its in black and white and im not sure which thing to choose next ( i have a NTSC ps2 system). Could someone please help me out.

I really don't understand exactly what your asking, but try reburning the game. This time with Verbatim DVD-R media with DVD decrypter at 1x or slower. Also if necessary visit my guide in my signature to learn more about burning. It also has a guide built in with it about swap magic.

When you backed up your game, did you patch it to NTSC? You have to have the same type game with the same type system (pal game with PAL ps2, NTSC game with NTSC ps2).

There are links to NTSC to PAL and vica versa patching programs in one of the stickys on this forum.

Not neccesarily. Swap Magic forces video mode, so does a modchip. Generally it's better to try to match video region to your region PS2, but Swap Magic and a modchip will allow you to play games from another region. Swap Magics screen fix is a little crude, games may still appear in black and white or off center. A modchips Y fix (screen fix) is damn near perfect. You adjust the Swap Magic video setting to whatever region your PS2/TV is, not what region your game is.

Did you set the video mode to NTSC on the Swap Magic menu screen? If so and it still didn't work, you'll need to patch it.

A. Use Adrenaline patcher if it's an EA game: http://www.megagames.com/ps2/ps2_utils_files.shtml#ADRenalin%20Patcher Note: I've been told this works for non EA games as well. The screen won't be perfectly centered, unless you have a modchip that forces video mode.
