okay
i was blown away when i did this...i went from 30kb/s to around 300kb/s!

this will only work for windows users

first go to http://www.portforward.com/routers and select your router and select your p2p program

do ALL of the steps.

i dont know where this setting is located for you, but in your default gateway controls (if you have xp) enable your MTU and set it to 1500 (the max)

MAKE SURE YOU GET A DL WITH LOTS OF SEEDS

well thats pretty hard when i click the link all i get is:
