BLACK NTSC LOADING ISSUES ANYONE..?

I just got Black NTSC extracted and burnt it normally, everything seems to be going well but when I put the disc in the PS2 it refuses to load properly. It would load a lil then keep coming back to the memory screen. Keep in mind my PS2 plays ntsc games fine with not problems previous. Anyone face a similar problem with the BLACK ntsc floating around?

either a bad burn or low quality disk, i've got both PAL and NTSC versions both boot and play perfectly.

Yeah i have the NTSC version. Burned with maxell 8x DVD-R on DVD Decrypter. Works fine.

Alright, So I follow some of you guy's suggestion and burnt it with DVD Decrypter (4x speed) instead of Nero (also 4x) and it worked fine. Now I'm confused why didn't it worked when I burnt with Nero?? Normally Nero burns everything fine (this is just for future reference. So do you overall recommend Nero or DVD Decrypter? Another quick question for future reference are TDK DVD+R a good media, since I used this alot.

where did you find the NTSC version its not out yet or is it just a PAL to NTSC conversion please tell me i really want to play this game
