What are you using to burn the games? Use DVD Decrypter if you are not.

I am using DVD Decrypter, but even then when I open it up it says at the bottom "Device not ready (Medium not present)"

I can copy normal(Movie) DVD's no problem, Its just when I put a PS2 game in the computer, it doesn't recodnize it...

Anyone got any ideas?

Try Re-Downloading DVD Decrypter and then re-installing it. That works sometimes with me for ther programs. Espeially FireFox screws up all the time for me and I just re-install it and it works fine.

You are selecting mode iso read? if not then do that.. if it's still not reading it after you do that, then maybe you need to use a different I/O option. See my guide in the stickies for some things you can try that might make a difference..

No paddymail I don't think that is it because when that does it to me it means that there isn't a disc in the drive. This is a very unusual circumstance. It has never happened to me before. What game are you trying to copy? If it is really old it may be a cd game and will not copy right to a DVD.

If it's not a problem with I/O settings then maybe it's because something like autorun is working or another program is trying to read the disc so DVD Decrypter can't...

They're the only things I can think of that could be happening why it won't read the disc..
