Need help watching xbox on my PC monitor!!!

hi, i bought a vga HD cable specially made for the xbox 360 (3rd party). the only problem is i bought this to connect to my lcd pc monitor.

The vga end of the cable is a male 15pin.

My pc monitor also has a 15 pin male. But i need to connect the 2 together.

here i mapped it out
XBOX 360 ----->>>> VGA CABLE ---->>> MALE 15PIN CONNECTOR <<<<<--- LCD MONITOR 15 PIN MALE

i need one female and one male.

is there something i can do to connect both males together. is there some female to female out??

i cant seem to find anything on the net. i dont want to spend over £5 on a little switch convertor.
