Can this Devhook Run a Custom Firmwares? withouth flashing coz you will only put the FW files to the MS and Devhook will emulate it, is it possible?
I tried changing the GameBoot by Copying GameBoot.pmf to
$MS:\dh\271\flash0\vsh\resource and it works, my gameboot change.

it cant run on custom frimware cuz its for TA-082 and this is not a custom firmware.

i know that this is not a custom FW, but maybe this devhook can emulate a Custom FW. Like Emulating FW 1.5 and 2.71.

no it cannot and custom FW is like normal FW but it just has a few differnce like recovery for instances. so what use would emulating it be?

burgiju try getting the homebrew [e]mulator to play gameboy games. but this will not work for gba only gameboy,neogeo pocket,wonderswan and more.to play the game if u are running on your original firmware then just boot henC and play the homebrew it works without emulating 2.71

Can somebody tell me how i can play Killzone with DevHookMod1.65c (i have a PSP with Firmware 2.71 & TA-082 Board), because everytime i start the game the PSP hangs up (HEN = disabled).

burgiju u can play gba games but u have to use gpsp 0.8 to play gba games.it's a bit slow so just change the framerate and the cpu speed to 333mhz then it will be better.
nyxxx try to change the SFO version to 2.XX to 2.00 and disable HENC and try it.if it still doesn't work it could be the game.if it is in cso format change it back to iso.but if this still doesn't work find it here using torrent.

im not excatly sure how to go about disabling HENC in Dark_Alexs easyinstaller version (if u even can at all) so far ive taut 4 other ppl how to install and play hombrew games on thier psp and they love me for it, but now were all stumped on how to play the new games in dark_alexs version. I remember u saying somthing about "HENB" in pspjuniors forum but it kinda through me off since i dont know anything about HENB and how to use it. if u could explain a little futher it would be greatly appreciated!!!
also in dark_alexs version it doesnt have a UFO VERSION : 2.xx to 2.00 it only has a UMD SFO in Devhook to (2.XX>2.00) is this the same as to what u were talking about with the UFO version?? if so then it onl works with vice city stories and none others which is kind of strange to me...

i think you should know how to install HENB already,rite.the only problem with HENB is that it hangs a lot more then HENC,when booting HENB it will take a long time to boot it but after booting it and going to devhook choose killzone as the game then SFO version change to 2.XX to 2.00 then start it you will see that it goes in.good luck dude

coz he is using the same dark_alex version as you and pspjunior is doing.
i do not think i much of a help in the dark_alex version.sorry though.

yup any psp game that is japanese and amercan or some other version will work on any psp console version,but umd video is the problem it only goes for which ever country it belongs to.

well i tried the HenB in dark_alexs version, needless to say it wouldnt boot. To be honest i think Dark_alexs easyinstaller ver. already has it in there because the folders are labeled the same and most of the files are the same size too. I noticed that there is a folder called "HEN" just above the "HENC" if this is the folder that we're refering too as "HENB" please clarify that for me, otherwise i think im doing somthing wrong.
I bit the bullet and decided to try chunglams ver. again. I got killzone to work (yay!) and it worked like a charm but when i went back to the main psp menu and tried to go back to devhook in game/Devhook Launcher/VSHEX Mod it kept saying "the game cannot be started. the data is corrupted" how do i get back into the devhook menu without having to hard reset my PSP????
P.S. sorry if im asking to many questions Id just like to get it right.
