Hi all,

I don't know what to do. I've tried everything I can find on the internet.

Since I installed service pack 2, everything has gone pear shaped. I can only get maximum 3 downloads happening at once, and they're in the bits per seconds, not bytes.

Also, my Mirc can no longer connect. Windows firewall is disabled. Instead I run AVG 7.1 and the firewall. Azureus has access through this firewall.

I want to know why service pack 2 has done this. I have scanned my system with ad-aware SE, spybot, xoftspy and AVG. clean.

I have a 3mbit/1mbit connection using a cable modem. The modem was supplied and installed by the internet company. Prior to sp2 downloads were working fine although not very fast (max of 60kb/s) for a 3mbit connection.

Please give me some advice!

Try turning your modem and router(if you have one) off for about an hour. Then turn on the modem first, then router, then computer. If this fails, try disabling the firewalls. Also if your using a router make sure you have the ip's and port forwarding set up properly in Azureus
