Hi to readers
Yes. I am a newbie.
My Aim ... to create a DVD of Mpeg film on my HD
Tried to use Tsunami MPEG DVD Author Pro .... result was that it said my video GOP was too long at 36 - should be 30 for PAL ...
So ... on their prog advice ... I am trying to use Tsunami MPEG Video encoder Xpress
It looked like a simple job of changing settings from NSTC to PAL (?)

Now - 25% thro task - it appears that prog has frozen, the prog screen is stuck on one frame and time taken / time remaining are stopped.
However, my Win Task Manager shows it still working and the CPU shows a lot of activity.

Will it still be working or should I abort ... what is problem?

I would be grateful for some expert advice ... or a point in the right direction for some.

It seemed such a straight forward idea!

Thank you
