Hi,

I've tried to burn Fifa 2006 on a Taiyo Yuden DVD-R 8x at 1 speed (with my Sony Dru-500A burner) Now the game freezes while loading a match. This happened to me before when I was burning Fifa 2006 on a Ricoh DVD+R the same way. I didn't modify the iso, I just burned the unpacked iso file. So I think this hasn't anything to do with the media I use.
Now could someone please tell me what to do (how to modify the iso) to let the game work on my PS2 slimline V12?
I couldn't find any info about burning Fifa 2006 in particular. All the info is more general.

Any help would be gladly appreciated!

wen i burned this game i had to rebuild it, cos it was doin same thing, i also use swap magic,
try the new gnie tool to rebuild it

If yes, which plugin do I need to choose? Shrinker_ps2_psp_CdDvd5_iso.epi?

i think theres only one plugin for it but not sure, use woteva is in the dropdown list.

Then I'll try the Shrinker_ps2_psp_CdDvd5_iso.epi plugin as I see it everywhere in those FAQs
But there's also a new maintool version (v1.04) and a new plugin version (v1.02) I saw. I couldn't download it from gnie's site. (maybe you know another place?)
But I'll try Shrinker_ps2_psp_CdDvd5_iso.epi then with my main tool v1.03

I just shrinked it with Shrinker_ps2_psp_CdDvd5_iso_v1.02.epi it it now 2.96 GB's. Origional was 4.37 GBS.


Have I lost any movies or important files? I'm just trying to fix Fifa 2006 as it freezes when loading a new match.
