Well I wouldnt want to keep it but just wanted to know if I should or not for the PRO version to work?

1.Of the free encoders is HC the best one to use for quality?

2.And whats the average time to encode a 150min feature only?

Can the package be set up to burn the disc on the fly so its all ready when you wake up in the morning?

thanks in advance.

My personal opinion is that HC is the best of the free encoders, slower than CCE, but quality is very close. As far as time goes, alot of variables factor into the final equation of elapsed time. Things to consider are:
1) Encoder used
2) Compexity of the movie
3) PC specs
4) etc.

I don't think RB-Pro can burn the movie for you automatically, but it will create an iso file automatically, and it can call up DVDD or ImgBurn for you when you decide to burn it. Basically 10-15 extra minutes in the morning to burn the movie is all the extra time you would spend.

edit: let me correct myself, you can automatically burn a movie after the process is done, DVD-RB Pro will automatically call up DVDD or Imgburn to complete your process for you, giving you a completely finished product when you wake-up in the morning.

I haven't use DVD Rebuilder Pro with HC, but I've used RB Pro + CCE SP and I can encode any 6.65GB - 7.28GB movie within roughly 2 hrs & 30 minutes with my system or specs.

WARNING: Do not "update/upgrade" your SAMSUNG BD-D5XXX series (Bluray Player), or else you cant enjoy any of your movie files.

little celeron 2.5GHZ/256MG/40GB. RB-pro/HC(only one i have and use). it takes my little system from 4 to 5 hours but it is worth it. i just set it up over night. i don't use RB all that much because i do main movie-only with Nero Recode which is great.

Nero Recode2 or Shrink using deep analysis and AEC/ fabdecrypter or anydvd running in the background/ IMGBurn to burn/main movie only mode= perfect.

@alkohol

How many passes do you have SP set at? My computer (system listed below) takes about 3.5 ~ 4 hours, I use 4 passes (3 true passes).
