hey wondering if someone can help me out.. am recieving no higher than 10kbps have 512/125 speed i have pref set to 20d and 10up and recieve this log (bitlord):

BitLord 1.1 is running on:
CPU : Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz 2992 MHz
RAM size : 511.35 MB
OS Version: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)

Default tracker optimization rules file loaded.
IP rules file: ipfilter.dat loaded, 0 entries.
Start Listening at TCP Port:17213
Start Listening at UDP Port:17213
Windows XP ICF Status: Firewall port is opened.
Update Local IP: 10.1.1.5
Windows XP ICS Status: cannot find working ICS.
UDP tracker report: WAN IP = 61.69.166.109
Windows XP UPnP Status: device not found!
Connected to UDP helper tracker on 2006-03-02 16:21

what is a ICS and an UPnP Status? are these apart of my problem?
any help is appreciated,
