I was wondering what's the best version of bearshare I have bearshare mp3 I downloaded it off of download.com but i wanted to know if it was anything better, also in Bearshare the downloads just say Active or Pending how do I get them to download. I also wanted to say that in Bearshare setting what's the best way to configure it. Ps: I also have dial up so that might be a problem as well

Avoid bearshare, in my experience its crap. Get limewire or emule something better, also with Dial-up you will have slow D/L rates

If you really want bearshare get the lite version (supposed to be adware/spyware free)
