I am not sure if I am in the right area for this question... but whenever I go to a website such as ebaum's world and click to watch the video, i get a grey square with a green puzzle peice in the middle and a message saying install the missing plug-in. When I click on it, a box comes up that says it is searching for it, and then comes up saying that the needed plug-in is unknown. I have windows xp, i recenty dl and installed windows media player 10 and I use Firefox for my internet browser. Any help in obtaining the correct plug-in is most appreciated, thank you.
