I'm brand new to this forum and just have a question I hope you all could help me with....

My brother lives 600 miles away and uses a computer that is for use by anyone in his apartment building, so it's not his. It has Mozilla Firefox as the internet browser. We used to send emails back and forth versus writing through the mail until he told me that when he tries to log into his Yahoo email, he gets a message saying that "cookies are not enabled, please enable cookies", or something to that affect. I told him what to do if he was using Internet Explorer because that was easy to figure out, but Firefox is something I'm not familiar with. I thought it was a problem with Yahoo, so I created for him a Google account, but it ended with the same results.

So what is needed to be done to enable cookies when using Mozilla Firefox so he can use his email again?

Go tools > options > Privacy tab > cookies tab, allow sites to set cookies, it can depend on the firewalls settings also, the firewall can clock certain cookies too, just configure the cookie controll's.
