Hello everyone,
Heres my problem, when I seed or leech with torrents I have a very very slower than normal regular internet browsing speed, which pisses off everyone on my home network, and rightfullly so.
I was told this is because I have an older SMC Barricade router, and it cannot handle as many connections that bitorrent makes.
So my first question... is this true? and second if that is true, if i purchase a new router would that help? and lastly what suggestioins of new routers would you suggest?

Have you opened the nescessary ports on your router? Take a look at - http://www.portforward.com
