downloading games is illegal... Just buy them... You dont have any problems with the originals...
and downlaoding- Utorrent is good, if you hava slow computer or an old computer... I suggest Azureus... To get Azureus do a search on google... and i also suggest this bittorrent search engine http://torrent.to Have fun...
alrite... theres a couple of ways to download (legally, supposedly)...
Bittorrent - Most people use this, its good and easy- speed limited
IRC - Alot of viruss, but Ive heard it downloads at full speed.
Payable - There are some sites, if you search, where you can pay to download directly from ones hard drive.
and Im sure there are other ways, but I dont know of them...
I use bittorrent, Azureus, there are sites in which you can download torrents, then opening the torrents using your client it connects to other people downloading and uploading to and from other peoples...
IRC - I dont exactly know how this works, but usually you download a client (most use MIRC) and then you search a site (like http://packetnews.com) for the thing your looking for and using the information given you use the client to go on that... room... you request the download then the admin of that room should send it to you... easy, goes through the firewall but in most cases it downloads virus's aswell...
Paysites - Well, you pay monthly fees using a client (liek Usenext) and you can download as much as you pay for or as much as ou can within the payed for time limit...
If you go on this site you will be able to downlaod Azureus for free... Azureus offers a wide range of plugins, like the Speed Scheduler which is very usefull if you have "off-peak" downloading times... http://azureus.sourceforge.net
as for torrents to accompany the client theres a wide range of sites like:
thepiratebay.com (scroll down for language options)
newnova.org (very nice)
mininova.org (bit bodgey)
and a search site of such is torrents.to
HAVE FUN! and... ahh, i suggest make backups of your games as the first thing to do when you buy them...
BEWARE THOUGH!
Ive heard that in most English speaking countries they are going to start monitoring the Upload limits of all people, and if something looks fishy, well... yeah...
