hi, i just bought a xbox 360 about 1 week ago. i am playin need for speed and sometimes the game freezes and therefore i have to reset the console and start again.

why is it doin this?

the console is not overheated - only turned on for 15 minutes than freezes.

It doesn't matter how long it has been turned on. It can get overheated well in 15 minutes. Just try to get 360 to place where are no other devices and good ventilation. If you have a desk fan, you could try putting it to cool 360 down, to check if it is heat related problem. If it's not, then send it back to microsoft.

I had posted about this matter Before. From my experiences , where turning off the music will stop the freezing, i just play my music of the computer or ipod. Try doing that.

ye it helps. the music seems to lag the game a bit. but the game doesn't freeze that often. but if matter get worse i will try other things but at the moment its bck to normal
