If you are gonna go with a monitor, go big:

That would be incredible.

You don't have to have a monitor, but that's why the Xbox 360 display at your local Target or Bestbuy or Walmart looks so much better than it does on your HDTV when you get it home. The monitors have much higher resolution.

or if you wait datel is releasing a lcd monitor that supports HDTV signal for the xbox 360 it clips on the back of the 360 and looks awesome but has a price tage of $150.00 u.s.a
