i have a cingular phone but i have a tmobile account can i unlock my cing phone and use it w/ my tmobile account if so how!!!! someone please help me

Had same issue w/ my Nokia 6682. I was recomended by a T-mobile C/S Rep. tell Cingular your leaving the Country for what ever reason ( Make it Good ) for an indeffenate amount of time; School, internship, etc. and ask if they'll unlock it so it can be used over seas as there's no Cingular over there. Throw in that as soon as you return, you'll resume service w/ them, just to give them a tickle or something.
