evening all can someone please help me. whenever i start up my pc the system32 folder appears automatically plus sometimes i get a message saying run dll c\windows\system32\guard.tmp dll get version. also sometimes the folder name that comes after the \system32\ bit is a different folder name.another problem i have is whenever i now go online im getting hit with pop ups every few minutes.(about 5,6 pop ups).some of the pop ups are win fixer 2006, pay pop up,first ad solution and other various ones which i notice affect my download speeds on bitlord and bitcomet. something else i get on my pc is my norton or avg free anti virus displaying messages like uni.101 or winik sys,mc spy all trojan horse downloaders, trojan horse dropper agents, trojan horse downloader generic and virus identified exploit. i find i cant delete them even though i have with the software i got. norton, avg, ad aware se, spybot search and destroy, ewido, advanced windows care etc... to no joy. sorry this post is long and im hoping its something simple but im a novice at this stuff. im gonna try and paste the hjt log to this post so if some one could help it would be much appreciated.Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1

I am not an expert reading Hijack this logs, But I do know that norton and AVG conflict with each other. Use one or the other. Not both.

I would suggest getting a registry cleaner. Like CCleaner. It is freeware, and does a helluva job.

Also, get ADaware Pro, and maybe Acronis spyware.

Run the CCleaner, reboot in safe mode, then run Ad-Aware, your anti-virus, and acronis.

CCleaner will fix registry errors. Try it...

What do you have to lose?

Hi rel8te

You have at least look2me infection and most likely also winik.sys-rootkit and other trojans.

Follow these instructions carefully

Download WinKRootKitRemover ->http://secured2k.home.comcast.net/tools/WinKRootKitRemover.exe on your desktop.[list]
[*] Doubleclick it
[*] Click RUN, then START
[*] Save log that it creates on desktop
[*] Follow instructions and reboot when asked (you'll have to reboot twice; that's normal)

Fix these with HjT (do a system scan only, checkmark these and press fix checked):

Update ewido and do a complete system scan with it. Let it remove what it finds and save report.

Reboot, send ewido report, a fresh HjT log and WinKRootKitRemover log.
