Hey everyone,
i got my 360 christmas, and its been pretty decent, not great but not bad. anyways its been doin good, until today. when i turned it on 2 play quake 4 (campaign, not online), it began to lag, when i wud go to open doors and such , it wud be really skippy. its never done this before and i dont know why it just started. Is anyone else havein this problem, or know how to fix it? i was out of town and i think my cousin may have played it, i really hope that he didnt screw it up.

unless anyone else has some better advise, my advise to you would be just to call microsoft and tell them what's going on...if they can't help you over the phone and give you some tips, then you could just send it and have them look at it....if for whatever reason they can't resolve the problem, then they'll just send you another one since the one you bought isn't working properly. i just bought mine a week ago, and like many others, mine begins to freeze a few minutes of gameplay....so have pretty good customer service..good luck.

thx for the suggestion, but i dont have anything really on the HD. just the stuff that came on it, and a few saves. it says i still have 11 GB free! i played a little today and its gotton better, but is still fairly visable when something is about to happen, like a suprise attack or somethin. anywayz, thanks alot for all the help so far,
