Could someone recommend convenient file renamer, for batch mp3 files or folders renaming? (based on many options of criteria for renaming, i.e. by Replacing exact text, Inserting text at a particular position, etc)No necessity edit ID tags itself, it's correct.

Just single executable that do not required installation and do not write data into registry.

Try MP3 Renamer. Search it in Google and that should help you with your requirement.
