Anyone here anything about Madden '07 yet?? I know its a little early to be thinking about football, but you can actually preorder this game already. The only thing I really know about it is that its the first game that will truly be "Next Gen" and push the 360 to its potential.

Madden '06 was just OK...the graphics were good (not as good as they could be though, comparing to Fight Night 3.) The gameplay is good, but it was missing so many features, and little bells and whistles that I've grown to love over the years (like throwback uniforms, create a player, fantasy drafted franchise, etc.)

If you are aware of any info out on the web, please be so kind and post a link.

pre-order 07 already?? wow! yeah i got madden o6 with my 360 and i was very disappointed, i really hope they put the mini camp back in and dynasty mode as well otherwise it might put me off of ea forever. i jst hope that they restore madden and nba live back to the amazing games they were in the 05 series.

If Madden '07 is not, by far, the best video game ever created, I am going to be awfully disappointed.

NBA Live '07 had better be HOT too...but at least now I have NBA 2K6 to keep me happy for the time being.

I hated Madden '06. The single worst thing that you can do to a football game is show the defense the play that you are running. I realize that they probably geared the game for live play, and didn't worry about the fact that you highlight the box of the play you are picking, because someone on the other side of the United States cannot see what you are running. However, if you are playing a 2 player game locally, I don't trust my friends to have to look away so that I can pick a play, and they shouldn't have to. The tried and true format of 3 onscreen selections with 3 plays above and 3 plays below worked great. I do not understand why on earth you would go away from that. Had it just had that feature, I probably would have kept it at least until '07 came out. Yes, I miss the mini-camps, and all of the career mode features, but 9 times out of 10, when I play football, I want to play against another person, so I can dog them out when I run it up on them. If there are any EA developers listening please fix this on the new version.

yea i think 06 sucks

07 will be better because game developers will be use to contructing games for the 360 and will be able to construct games better

so i think ea will get off there *** and get it right the second time around
