Hi I have a nokia 6230 with Cingular. When I try to stick a different cingular chip in it is say "phone restricted" then prompts me to enter a restriction code. I confused cause both chips or from Cingular do I need to unlock the phone? Or is it some other restriction code? Any help would greatly be appreciated. thanks

My phone is nokia 6230b With cinguar Wireless. When I stick the new sim chip in it I get the restriction message.
