hello all....i really need some help..

i have Azureus 2.4 and I'm looking to download stuff from that, but in the configuration window where it tests the ports, all the ports keep giving errors....no matter what port i try, it keeps giving the NAT error... the result is extremely slow downloads..the icon stays yellow all the time and the maximum speed I get isn't more than 2 kB/s...........please help me on how to fix that..

one more thing: I live in a university hostel, and Websense security system has been installed into the computer network, so I can't access many different websites, and neither can I use p2p programs like Kazaa, Napster, WinMX etc... i think the port problem I has got to do with Websense being there..

My firewall is ZoneAlarm Pro 6.1.737.000 ....

please help me....if its about comfiguring my firewall, then please tell me how to do it, although I don't think zonealarm is cauing the problem..
