I was wondering if I could convert 2 audio files into 1, what program would i use

convert? you mean combine two files into one? If so, you probably want an audio editor to do so. Check out Audacity, its a decent free audio editor.

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:

FlexiMusic Wave Editor does Copy/Paste audio just like how you do copy/paste text, use it to combine two audio files.
