Xilisoft DVD Creator? Not Finding Burner?

I have the DVD creator intentions of burning my own music video DVD for my car. But when ready to burn it does not find my burner? I have NEC DVD+RW 1100A which came with my computer. I have been buring with DVD Shrink and other software with no problem. Can anyone help with this?
