eac not changing my music to mp3

i'm using eac but when i hit the change to mp3 button it only saves my music as a wav. file...is there around this..if not i'm going to use "no.1 cd ripper"?

you may not have LAME plugin properly installed. Follow the guide for EAC step by step and see if that works.

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
