Hi i have convert my movie to mpge4 and transfer it to my ipod video but i can only hear sound and cant see the movie (its a MV)
in the itune i can see the MV dose anyone outhere know why pls tell me.
And dose anyone have any web site about user guide to itune coz i think its so strange...that some function dose not work..

Hi nedina.

Which version of the iPod firmware are you running~? The latest version has brought about many problems, one of them is video playback issues with videos transcoded using third-party software.

If you are running version 1.1, I suggest you downgrade to v1.0, which has less bugs in it, and wont affect your iPod in any way except your video playback should be restored.

Make sure that you are playing the videos in the "videos" category of the iPod instead of using the "music" category. If you use the music category, it will only play the sound, and not the video. ;-)

Another thing you should consider (possibly before contemplating downgrading), is to make sure 'TV Out' is deactivated.
