I have subtitles and a movie.

The subtitles is off time, for example when a charater says "hi" the sub titles appear 10 seconds ahead.

How do i fix this?

try it on other pcs, if its the same situation its your sub files and you need to find better ones ^^, alteritivly i believe (not 100% sure) some program will display your sub files early by a time you set, wudnt know of by heart (try video lan play in the "open file" menu with the subtitle options)

Can anyone tell me which program can edit the subtitel display time?

Vlc wont work.
