I got Prassi Prismo bundled with Pioneer DVD-RW a04/104 and found it to be a complete nightmare.

I've burnt 80+ DVD-R movie back up's since.....using Nero.

No the link I gave him is an article about prassi and it has a direct link to the prassi engine update file because if you go to the prassi site direct you cannot find it there for some reason.

Adds support for the latest burners.

And if enter the URL it goes straight to sonic site

Plus the thread posted is for...Does a burning software that supports really really long file names exist?

it's under the heading of 'Cool, where is it at' and there will be a couple of links. 1. for the sony extreme cd program (prassi in disguise but for free), then 2. sony extreme update (skip this one) then 3. the prassi engine update... if you click on the prassi update, it will automatically setup the download.
