Hello, My girlfriend recently had a problem with her computer after her son downloaded something. Her friends brother used Pc Cillin to remove it, but now she keeps getting pop ups from pc cillin. She tried to deleat it but I guess parts of it are still on her computer. Is there anything I can do this weekend when I visit to clean it off her computer or anything I can tell her to try in the meantime? We don't know a lot of technecial things. so if its something simple I would be very greatful. Thanks in advance

Scan with either/both trend micro and panda and then run a ewido scan, after thoose are done send me a HJT log and i'll tell you what to fix.

hi rav009, thanks for your help. My brother in law came by and followed your ideas and then he was able to figure it out from the log. Thanks so much. He owed me money so now I can call it even. Bob
