If i want to get a new steam account to play not only counter-strike but also other thrid-party HL mods like ESF and The Specialists, what do i need to buy to get a brand new account just like back in the day when you could buy a half-life for 10 euros? Now theres loads of anthologies and stuff, and i'm all confused :(

If i buy this first one ( http://storefront.steampowered.com/v2/index.php?area=game&AppId=70& ) will i be able to create a new steam account with it? I mean, does it include a working CD key? The second one, HL anthology, doesnt provide CS, i've already done some research...

If i buy the second one here ( http://storefront.steampowered.com/v2/index.php?area=game&AppId=10& ), will I be able to play third-party HL mods? Obviously that already supplies Counter-Strike.
