i think i have a virus this is my friends computer so i really dont know ran bitdefender ewido spyware doctor adware spybot but i still think there is something wrong

You don't have a firewall on your pc. You have uninstalled Norton?

Donwload and install one firewall and one antivirus.

These are good (free) firewalls:

Download VundoFix to your desktop -> http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4

Disable Microsoft Defender.

Run HijackThis and fix these entries (if found): (Do a system scan only, check entries, close all other windows, press Fix checked)

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = http://srch-qus10.hpwis.com/
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)

Then on the downright corner in HijackThis press config
->Misc Tools
->Delete NT service
->Copy this: SNDSrvc and paste it to the field
->Press OK

Then
->Doubleclick VundoFix.exe
-> Chech Run VundoFix as a task and Ok, wait that VundoFix re-opens
-> Click Scan for Vundo
->When scan is ready, click Remove Vundo
-> It asks if you want to remove the files , answer yes
-> When you click Yes, desktop disappears when removing of vundo begins
-> When Fix is ready, it says that computer will be shutdown
-> Restart your computer

Then post a new HijackThis log and log from C:\vundofix.txt so we can see if you are now clean.

Enable Microsoft Defender

Ok, not clean yet...

Restart your computer to the safe mode (press F8 when computer is restarting):

Then

-> Doubleclick VundoFix.exe
-> Check Run VundoFix as a task and Ok, wait that VundoFix re-opens
-> Click Scan for Vundo
-> When scan is ready, click Remove Vundo
-> It asks if you want to remove the files , answer yes
-> When you click Yes, desktop disappears when removing of vundo begins

Ok, you are clean now but what happened to your Bitdefender?

Install an antivirus

These are good (free) antiviruses:
AVG Antivirus --> http://www.grisoft.com
Avast --> http://www.avast.com

That Norton remaining is still there...

Open Notepad

-> Copy the following lines to it

sc stop SNDSrvc
sc delete SNDSrvc


Save the document to the desktop as ServicesRemove.bat and FILE TYPE -> All Files

Then go to the desktop, run ServicesRemove.bat and answer yes to any questions.

Post a new HijackThis log so we can see if that norton is now gone...

Ok, good you are clean. Which version of ZoneAlarm have you installed?

ZoneAlarm is a Firewall and it doesn't protect you from viruses.
