Good, now do you only have 1 hard drive, or do you have a separate 1 that you can put games on?

Nevermind, doesn't matter. Nothing should happen to the files on that drive, but if there is something important on it, i would back it up first just to be safe.
To convert a volume to NTFS from the command prompt
1.
Open Command Prompt. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Command Prompt.
2.
In the command prompt window, type: convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs
For example, typing convert D: /fs:ntfs would format drive D: with the ntfs format. You can convert FAT or FAT32 volumes to NTFS with this command.
Important Once you convert a drive or partition to NTFS, you cannot simply convert it back to FAT or FAT32. You will need to reformat the drive or partition which will erase all data, including programs and personal files, on the partition.

ok, do it like this then.
1. make a folder on your c: drive, and move everything in your D: drive into it.
2. open my computer
3. right click your D: drive
4. click format
5. change file system to ntfs
6. when its done, move everything in that folder back onto the d: drive.

enter current volume label for drive D:
this isn't an error, it's a confirmation question. it wants you to type the drive volume name for confirmation before it converts. when you go into 'my computer' if the disk in question is labeled anything other then 'local disk X:' (replace X with drive letter) then you'll have to enter that label.

doesn't matter what program you use, a FAT/FAT32 file system does not support a single file over 4 gig in size.

EDIT: just for clarity, a NTFS file system allows for a 256 TB single file size (if you can find a drive that big)

Yeah, dvd decrytper just splits the image when it gets above 4gigs. But i think rooney needs it all in 1 image so he can rebuild (or something along those lines).
