I have both these and exilisoft MP4 converter
My xlisoft converter is registered but can not convert .rm files

Cucusoft and PQDVD can but im not going to fork out money for it, and my dad wont let me install any other programs.

Does anyone have any serial numbers for PQDVD or know how to activate cucusoft?

xlisoft mp4 converter supports rm files. It doesn't works well for you?
