Why I'm loosing some songs and videos?

When I've download some songs and videos with itunes than sometimes there's this sign ! coming up preventing me to hear them. Why it's telling me that it can not find the files? And I din't do nothing to loose them. What I'm suposed to do? 'Cause I've lost a lot of songs and videos.

Hello Judeline, welcome to afterdawn!

Did you download them fron iTunes or another source? If it was from another source, just a minor change in the name of the song or video will make it to where you can't listen to it in iTunes. Go to Locate File when this "sign" comes up and locate the file that you are trying to play.

If you downloaded the files from iTunes, go into iTunes and go to Advanced-->Check For Purchases. Then it will give you your purchased files again. ;-)
