Hello,

I'm trying to copy RE Outbreak and I'm having some weird troubles. I've looked all over the site trying to find the information myself but to no avail. If I simply missed it then please just post the think to the thread and I'll go there, if not then I would be very grateful for any help.

The problem is that when I put the game into my computer it doesn't appear at all. I can go into my computer and click on the drive and all it shows is an empty space, dvd decrypter has a similar problem it says 'logic unit not ready, cause not reportable'. I've burned many other ps2 games, the most recent probably being Shadow of the Colossus, so I'm pretty sure it's not my computer. If anyone has any thoughts they would be much appreciated, thanks.

No, the dvd burner will read other disks still. It's just this one that it won't.

try and upgrade your firmware or use another package that makes iso files.

what you are reporting is an indication of a disk that was not finalized (no lead out data wrote) burn it again and make sure you finalize it (if not set to automatically do so) when the burning is complete.

no, I'm using a real authentic disk, albeit from blockbuster, to make the copy. For some reason the real disk isn't reading in my pc. I'm also fully updated as to my firmware so that's not it either.

then the disk in question has damage in the lead in area of the disk preventing your PC drive from reading the TOC.

I've had it happen to me sometimes, just try taking it back to blockbuster and tell them that the game wouldn't play, and usually they just give you a different copy
