DVD-R messed up?

When i was playing streetwise, i noticed some weird things (I burnt the game at 4x speed on Fujifilm DVD-R 8x (TY02, much better than other Fuji discs):

-Some cutscenes goes shaky (i recently cleaned the lens)
-PS2 disc tray starts rattling in cutscenes during later levels
-A little freeze that lasts for 3 seconds and a cutscene triggered

these are the weird things happened to my game, should i burn the game at 2x burning speed instead of 4x burning speed? or should i get a new modded ps2 (non-slimline) to omit these issues?

You should be burning at 2x but i still think its your media your using a new ps2 would definitely be nice but check out those things before you do
