my problem is :
Once in a while when I burn DVDs using DVDshrink I get a blue screen and i have to restart my computer and do it over. The blue screen says:
Page_Fault_In_None_Paged_Area. Then it says something about my hardware?
The encoding process is fine it happens halfway thru the burn. Its really starting to get annoying I am wasting a lot of media cause of this mess. can anybody help me with a solution. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

Please provide us more information.

What OS are you running ?
What Service Pack ?

Do you have an internal or external USB burner ?

If you are running Windows 2000 make sure you have Service Pack 4.

Service Pack 4 Fixes:
---------------------

"PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" Error Message When You Try to Switch Tasks by Using ALT+TAB

Not much else found, specially if we have no idea what OS you are running and which service pack !
