What numbers are low or high for nero cd-dvd speed?

Hey I was wondering what numbers I should be on the lookout for bad backups when I check them in Nero CD-DVD speed.... I go to quality and I check the disc and I get xxxx amount of PIE and xxxx of PIF... what are good numbers to use as a reference? Here is a backup:

The quality says 95, but the PIEs are at 201642, a max of 178 and average of 19.45, is this a horrible burn. Most of my burns come out close to this....is this ok?

don't know as i have never checked them that way.
The best method is to stick it in and play it. That is when you will know if it is good or bad. In fact it is the only REAL way to know.
