I have recently downloaded The Godfather in PAL format, I have used ADrenalin Patcher to patch the game to NTSC. I use SM 3.6 to boot the games, but I can't make it past the loading screen. When I boot it do I need to switch it to NTSC and use special boot?(Even though I have already switched it over?) Or do i just simply boot it normally? The same thing has happened to me with Tiger Woods 2006. I can't make it past the loading screen. I am using DVDDecrypter at 1x. This is the first problem I have ever ran into with an PS2 game. Thanks in advance.

Try to force it to NTSC. If that doesn't work, then try patching with PAL2NTSC patcher with Y fix.

The screen won't be perfectly centered, unless you have a modchip that forces video mode. I have already seen the post with the Q and A. I read here on the website in another post that the best patch for The Godfather. Was ADrenaline oir to use codes with Action Replay or GameShark. So since I have already tried forcing it to go NTSC an other suggestions? I have tried PALtoNTSC with y fix at 48 already. Thanks

There's no patch for the game I'm aware of, try Adr patcher.
