Hi.

I have downloaded Gran Turismo 4 off a torrent site. I extracted the files with isobuster. Opened up Nero 7 "Create a dvd" and added all the files, and burned at 2.4x (my lowest speed).

The problem is when i try and play the game, the ps2 can't read it. Am i doing something wrong or is it the media i am using. (Replika 1-8x dvd+r)?

Any help appreciated, many thanks

How big was the ISO file that you created, at least i assume you created an ISO because just burning the files will not work.
GT4 was a dual layer (DVD9) game and unless they shrunk the copy you got to a DVD5 then you are out of luck.

I do not have Nero 7, but i know with Nero 6 you had to use
Nero Burning Rom and drop the files into it in the same order they were on the original disc to rebuild the ISO and burn it.

Hi, the rar file is 2.66gb, i have tried unpacking the file and using Nero, I have also read thru the GT4 tutorial and rebuilt the iso and tried to burn with Apache 3. I changed my dvd's to verbatim, all i get from the ps2 now is a whirring sound. I then tried a different backed up game which worked fine.

Any suggestions?
