I downloaded a PS2 Pal game. I don't need to convert it to NTSC to play correct. I can just switch the Swap Magic over to NTSC and use special boot. Given the fact the screen wont be exactly centered. It will work fine? Thanks

I havnt run into a game that will work on special boot that was PAL. all u have to do is patch it with either pal2ntsc for regular PAL games, for EA games you have to use Adr Patcher. heres the guide to patch both ways. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/121718

when i used Swap Magic i never used either method.
I switched the video mode to the region of the game, like PAL for PAL games as my system is NTSC. They play by just pressing the regular X button but usually had a little screen on the bottom cut off due to screen rate conversion.

I ahve never been able to get any PAL game to patch. Using that guide or the programs. Dont know what I am doing wrong. I will try your method, im sure it will work! thanks
