Optorite DVD +-RW DD0201
Lite-on Ltr CD +-RW 321235

No matter which burning program I use .. at the end of each program I get messages like "the recorder does not support this type of disc" "please insert a correct disc to write to". Excuse me, when I set the programs up, it saw the disc and everything was ok, but it will not burn.

I can play a DVD or a CD, but can't burn. I have used different brands of discs. I have updated the drivers. At one time the Optorite would burn on both + or - and then would only burn on + and now won't burn on anything I insert. I have even used a disc cleaner thinking the reason it won't burn, is maybe they are dirty.

I just need to know if anyone else has had any problems like this and if so, what did they do.
