I didn't notice that you had already created a new thread so I'll post the instructions to here too =)
Ok, lets try again.
Download HijackThis from here -> http://koti.mbnet.fi/pattaya1/lataus/hijackthis_self.exe
Save it to your desktop.
The go to your desktop and doubleclick the file
hijackthis_self.exe
Press OK button. [Don't mind the Finnish text =)]
Then press Unzip button.
Then press OK button.
IF HijackThis doesn't open automatically, go to C:\HJT and doubleclick the file hijackthis.exe
Then (in hijackthis) press Do a system scan and save a log file button.
Wait when it creates the log.
When it is ready, log opens in a Notepad window.
Go to this document, select all text with your mouse and copy it.
Then paste the log to here.
I have moved from AD, I won''t be taking new HijackThis logs from here. Reason: The AD''s Unsupportive athmosphere.

Ok, you have that trojan but your are not the only one =)
Cleaning instructions: (ask me if there is something that you don't understand)
1.Download and install Ewido, UPDATE it, but do NOT run a scan yet. -> http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
2.Download ATF Cleaner by Atribune to your desktop -> http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1
Do NOT run yet.
3.Run HijackThis and fix these entries (if found): (Do a system scan only, check entries, close all other windows, press Fix checked)
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Sen] "C:\DOCUME~1\Aasim\MYDOCU~1\MANTEC~1\regedit.exe" -vt yax

4.Restart your computer to the safe mode (Press F8 button when computer is starting and choose safe mode)
5.Make your hidden files visible:
->On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
->Click the View tab.
->Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.
6.Run ATF Cleaner -> Check select all -> Press Empty selected
7.Delete these folders if found:
C:\DOCUME~1\Aasim\MYDOCU~1\-->MANTEC~1<--
C:\Program Files\-->??curity<--
8.Use the Windows "search" function (make sure that you search from hidden files and folders and from system folders too)
Search for this and delete if found: winowl32.dll
9.Empty the Recycle Bin
10.Make your hidden files invisible again:
->On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
->Click the View tab.
->Under Hidden files and folders, click Do not show hidden files and folders.
11.Scan and clean your computer with Ewido and save the log file.
12.Restart your computer normally.
13.Post a fresh HijackThis log and Ewido's log to here so we can see if your computer is now clean.

Ok, Ewido deleted those files, but lets get rid of those folders too.
1.Restart your computer to the safe mode (Press F8 button when computer is starting and choose safe mode)
2.Make your hidden files visible:
->On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
->Click the View tab.
->Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.
3.Delete these folders:
C:\Documents and Settings\Aasim\My Documents\-->Ѕуmantec<--
C:\Program Files\-->ѕеcurity<--
4.Empty the Recycle Bin
5.Make your hidden files invisible again:
->On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
->Click the View tab.
->Under Hidden files and folders, click Do not show hidden files and folder
6.Restart you computer normally.
7. Just to be sure that you are clean, post a one more HijackThis log =)

You are clean now =)
You should keep ZoneAlarm because you can't survive without a firewall.
And it is always good to have malware scanners like Ewido, Windows Defender, Spyware Doctor and Ad-Aware in case you get infected. You can scan your computer with those at times to ensure that you stay clean.
HijackThis and ATF Cleaner are just small tools and they don't take much space from your harddrive. You can move those to a different place or delete if you want.

-> Press Restore
-> Press Yes
-> Restart your computer

Ok, does Spyware Doctor give you the location of the infected file?
And you've got a new.net infection too....
Cleaning instructions:
Donwload LSPFix -> http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm to your desktop.
Don't run this program yet. This program is used only if you lost your internet connection during the cleaning.
Go to Control Panel -> Add or remove programs -> Remove if found New.Net or NewDotNet
--->IF New.Net or NewDotNet ain't listed in add/or remove programs, do this<---
1.Un-plug your internet cable.
2.Disable your antispyware and antivirus
3.Download NNuninstall to your desktop http://www.new.net/support/NNuninstall.exe
4.Run NNuninstall.exe file.
->It asks if you want to remove New.Net
->Click Yes.
->When it is done click OK.
->Restart your computer
5.Restart your antivirus
6.Plug your internet cable back.
7.Empty the recycle bin.
(IF you lost your internet connection during the new.net removal, doubleclik LSPFix.exe. Check "I know what I'm doing" option.You see two panels; If something is listed in "Remove" panel on the right side, leave it there and press "Finish>>". Then restart your computer and the connection should work. If nothing is listed in "Remove" panel, DO NOTHING, close LSPFix. Go to some different machine to get help. (This is just a precaution. Usually the internet connection stays ok ;) )

Restart your computer to the safe mode (Press F8 button when computer is starting and choose safe mode)
Make your hidden files visible:
->On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
->Click the View tab.
->Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.
Delete these folders if found:
C:\Program Files\-->NewDotNet
C:\Program Files\-->New.Net
Empty the Recycle Bin
Make your hidden files invisible again:
->On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
->Click the View tab.
->Under Hidden files and folders, click Do not show hidden files and folders.
Scan yor computer with Ewido and save the log file.
Restart your computer normally.
Post a fresh HijackThis log and Ewido's log to here so we can see if your computer is now clean.

But that Messenger problem... Have you checked from messenger settings that emoticons are enabled? Did you re-install messenger?

Ok, that might be a false positive.
Are you using the latest Spyware Doctor software version (3.2.2.417 at the moment)? Have you updated the signature/definition file?
